The Juvenile Club received a Sports for All grant of 1,465€.

This was applied for with aim of supporting coaches/ volunteers understanding of supporting ALL children’s participation in our club.

We hope to develop an inclusion policy and provide some training opportunities to gain an understanding of supporting children with additional needs and disabilities to participate meaningfully alongside their peers.

I would welcome input from parents, volunteers with an interest in this area and those that may have some experience to plan around using this small fund and develop an action plan to further enhance the participation of all inclusively.

There will be a meeting in Templetuohy on Wednesday 12th at 7:45 to discuss more.
